As part of our graduate programme, you will spend 24 months working in different Wilhelmsen group companies, continuously facing new challenges, learning new skills and playing an active role in further developing the company.
About the role:
We are looking for 2-3 talented graduates who are curious, open-minded and forward leaning with a digital mindset. You have completed your master's degree before joining us and have had no more than two years of post-academic experience.
In addition to a steep learning curve, cool projects, fantastic colleagues and flexible working hours, you will get the chance to change the maritime industry as we know it. You will get basic training and an introduction to the company's overall operations and be appointed a mentor that will support you through the beginning of your career. Our previous trainees have worked on projects revolving real-life problems like fuel efficiency, 3D printing of marine parts and plastic waste management.
You will be based at our head office in Lysaker and work in different locations in our global company. The program will start in August 2022.
