Projects and business development, KSM and KCC
Klaveness Ship Management (KSM)have a more than 75-year long history of shipping innovation, spanning from numerous specialized vessel designs, new business concepts and unique logistical solutions. We are today supplying ship management services for Klaveness Combination Carriers.
Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (KCC) owns and operates 16 unique combination carriers providing the most carbon efficient shipping solution in the dry bulk and product tanker market. KCC has ambitious targets to further improve this competitive advantage over the next years and to take an active part in the transition to low carbon shipping. KCC is listed on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange.
As a summer intern you will be involved in tasks across the two companies and contribute into decision making processes around technologies and efforts related to decarbonization and technology driven business improvements.
The right candidate must be interested in ship technology and be able to study, understand and empower new solutions that will help our current and future fleet in becoming greener. The candidate must like to analyse complex data, seek advice and to make decisions. The candidate should also have strong excel skills and have experience with programming. Experience with Power BI or databases is considered a plus.
