Over the two-year programme, you will grow into a project management role within newbuilding projects, technical ship management, or ammonia bunkering.
What You Will Do
- Dive into a structured graduate programme with diverse modules.
- Serve as part of multi-disciplinary teams developing ammonia-powered vessels from conceptual design through newbuild, commissioning, and operations.
- Work closely with partners and key stakeholders to gain hands-on experience in regulatory, safety, technical, commercial, and environmental matters.
- Bring fresh thinking to the table—challenge norms, suggest improvements, help us navigate uncharted waters.
What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate (MSc, preferably in Naval Architecture NTNU).
- More than just grades: we are looking for passion, engagement, and the ability to see opportunities. Personality and character matter to us – show us who you are. Engagement in student activities or relevant projects is a plus.
- Curiosity and initiative: ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take responsibility.
- Team player; good communication skills; willingness to travel, spend time on ships and shipyards as needed.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and shaping the future of shipping.
What We Offer
- A unique opportunity to be at the helm of the green transformation in shipping.
- Broad exposure: technical, operational, commercial, and regulatory.
- Work across borders with leading partners in classification, engine design, shipbuilding, and fuel infrastructure.
- A flexible workplace with minimal administration – here you can shape your own role and working style.
- Mentorship from senior engineers and leaders.
- Competitive compensation & benefits.
- The chance to chart your career path in an organization committed to long-term thinking, excellence, entrepreneurship, and safety.
Application Process
- Submit CV, cover letter (in English) and a piece of work that you are proud of (picture, link, description, etc. – could be anything, topic or).
- Include a piece of work you are proud of – anything at all that shows who you are: a photo, a personal project, a website, an article, or something outside work or studies. It doesn’t have to be engineering-related – we want to see the person behind the CV.
- Company presentation + speed interviews will be held at Tyholt 28th and 29th October; full interviews will be held after this.
- Final selection and contract signing in November/December.
