Throughout the summer, you will rotate across different desks and shipping segments, giving you a broad perspective and hands-on experience. We also arrange social gatherings for all interns, providing opportunities to connect with peers and employees across the company. In short, the internship serves as a gateway to a career in the maritime industry.

- Possesses strong negotiating and influencing skills
Qualifications
- Strong academic performance
- Preferably in your third or fourth year of studies
- Have knowledge and understanding of shipbroking
- Possesses strong geographical and cultural knowledge
- Have excellent English proficiency (additional major languages are highly valued)
Practical Information
The internship lasts 8 weeks, approximately from June 15 to August 7. We are flexible on the start date and will accommodate exam schedules.
The program takes place at our office in Bjørvika, Oslo. You must have a valid work permit for Norway and be able to live in Oslo or nearby during the internship. We will launch internship application processes for London and Singapore by the first quarter of 2026.
