Introduction to Frontline Management Technical Department

Frontline Management AS, Technical Department, provides long-term strategic asset management to a group of shipping companies, including Frontline, Flex LNG, SFL Corp, and SeaTankers. This fleet consists of over 150 deep-sea vessels.

 

Frontline Management AS is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Technical Department as a Data Analyst intern, focusing on digitalization. In this internship, you will work in Norway’s shipping powerhouse, supporting our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and embrace digital technologies.

 

As a data Analyst intern in Frontline Management, you will take part in:

  • Reviewing data sources and data flows to identify what is actively used, where improvements can be made, and how data is managed and utilized.
  • Analysing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our decarbonization and digitalization investments.
  • Assisting in the development of strategies to further reduce the carbon footprint of our 150+ vessels.

 

To be successful in this internship, you will need to have:

  • A current enrolment in a program in a relevant field, such as marine engineering, mechanical engineering, data engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have completed a minimum of 3 years of your studies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Norwegian, and Norwegian citizenship or a valid residence permit for Norway
