The Role
We are looking for an ambitious graduate who wants to help shape the future of shipping.
As part of Amon Maritime's two-year graduate programme, starting August 2027, you will work on real vessel and infrastructure projects from concept development through construction and operation. You will gain broad exposure across technical, operational, commercial and safety disciplines while contributing to the development of tomorrow's zero-carbon maritime industry.
Throughout the programme, you will gradually take on increasing responsibility and develop towards a project management role within newbuilding projects, technical ship management or ammonia bunkering.
