ZEN OCEANS - Bedriftspresentasjon
[Øl og Wieners i T2 med ZEN OCEANS]
Velkommen til årets siste og kanskje mest interessante bedriftspresentasjon!
Onsdag 20. april kommer ZEN OCEANS til Tyholt. ZEN er en nyoppstartet bedrift som består av de to tidligere marinstudenter. Andreas og Fridtjof gikk ut av Marin Teknikk i 2012 og har siden jobbet i selskaper som DNV, Golar og diverse startups. I 2020 startet de ZEN OCEANS som utvikler løsninger for å elektrifisere shipping. Under presentasjonen vil vi få høre om hvordan det er å starte en bedrift med bakgrunn fra marin teknikk og prosjektene ZEN jobber med.
Presentasjonen er åpen for alle klassetrinn og starter 17:15. Under presentasjonen vil det bli servert pølser og øl i T2.
Møt opp 17:00 for registrering. NB: Oppmøte etter klokken 17.15 eller å ikke møte opp medfører prikk. Man må melde seg av minst 24 timer før arrangementet starter for å unngå prikk.
Om ZEN OCEANS
Our goal is to limit ships impact on nature. We intend to do this by being the driving force for wide application of fully electric ships. We envision a future where ocean transportation is sustainable, simple, safe and ZEN.
ZEN Oceans was founded in 2020 by a group of engineers who are passionate about the ocean and making seaborn transportation truly sustainable, once again. As our pioneering forefathers explored the oceans with sailing ships, we believe the time is ripe for closing the circle and returning to zero emission seaborn transportation.
ZEN Oceans is a creator of fully electric ships, at heart. We are committed to proving that fully electric ships can be more sustainable and safer than its peers, while at the same time converging to a state of being operationally superior and commercially preferable. We are here to inspire change by delivering meticulously engineered ships and impose progress by providing value to our customers.
Our ambition is to be a one-stop-shop for delivery of fully electric ships. As part of the journey towards realizing wide adoption of electric ships, we develop proprietory battery systems designed for high-energy application as well as technology that can allow for autonomous operation in the future.
